Refund Policy

Eligible for refund

• Token packs purchased within the last 14 days with no tokens spent — full refund.
• Token packs purchased within the last 14 days with some tokens spent — prorated refund for the unused portion.

Not eligible for refund

• Tokens spent on cloud renders, AI inference, or any other engine feature.
• The free 500-token monthly grant (it was free to begin with).
• Earned tokens from the sharing network.
• Token packs older than 14 days.

How to request

Email billing@mooned.dev with your account email and order ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

EU and UK customers

Right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive applies for 14 days from purchase, subject to the eligibility conditions above.
